At CreateMyCraftStudio, all our products are handmade personalised party décor, crafted from paper and card. Because each item is custom-made to your order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

❌ No Returns on Personalised Items

Please ensure all names, dates, and spelling are correct before placing your order. As each item is personalised, we cannot offer refunds or remakes for customer errors.

✅ Wrong or Damaged Order?

If you receive:

• An item that is completely incorrect, or

• An item that arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cr8mycraft@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos. If the mistake is ours, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer a suitable resolution.

🛑 Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to make changes, email us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
