At CreateMyCraft, all items are handmade and personalised to order. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
📦 Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 3–5 working days, but we always aim to dispatch sooner where possible.
If you're in a hurry, consider one of our Express options below.
🚛 Delivery Options (UK Only)

✨ You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
💨 Express Shipping Details
If you select Express Shipping, your order will be prioritised and dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders placed after 5 PM may count as next-day orders for production purposes.
📫 Delivery Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for postal delays once your order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
