CreateMyCraft is a small creative business offering handmade personalised party decorations. All items are crafted to order using paper and card.
2. Ordering

Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Please ensure all customisation details (e.g., names, ages, dates) are accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started (usually within 1 hour of purchase).
3. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are shown on each product listing. This is the time needed to make your order before dispatch.

We use standard UK postal services unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services.

Please allow extra time for peak seasons or Royal Mail delays.
4. Returns & Refunds

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless an item is damaged or incorrect.
